These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

We may need to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will occur on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, this ensures you are aware of the most current changes made to them.

The contract between us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with eXtreme Scouting. eXtreme Scouting must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received eXtreme Scouting will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. eXtreme Scouting’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

eXtreme Scouting is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

General terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the eXtreme Scouting website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

eXtreme Scouting own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

eXtreme Scouting is committed to protecting your privacy, and at the same time we endeavour to use any data we collect from you to provide the best possible service. This privacy policy describes how we collect and use your personal data.Availability of goods you order
If eXtreme Scouting has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative solution. eXtreme Scouting will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Changes to this agreement
eXtreme Scouting reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

This eXtreme Scouting site is a based website and takes reasonable care to comply with requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 with regard to the personal information you supply on this site. The eXtreme Scouting site uses a security system that protects your information from unauthorised use.

However, as no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

We may occasionally modify this Privacy Statement, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the website and by continuing to use the website you will be deemed to accept any such variations.

This site collects personal data from you via web forms, and also via email addresses we provide so that you contact us with enquiries and send us your details.

Pricing Conditions
All prices and charges on this site are shown in pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. Saturday delivery), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative but will contact you prior to dispatch.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return a product purchased from eXtreme Scouting then you have 28 working days to do so.

The returned goods must be in a resaleable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing us at hello@extremescouting.co.uk

Delivery and Postage Information

Delivery
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. eXtreme Scouting will deliver UK and Ireland (the Channel Islands, the Isle of Manand the Scottish islands may incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post or which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery will be via First Class Royal Mail, Parcel Post Royal Mail or with our choice of courier depending on size / weight / value of the purchase.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be in accordance with the carrier’s normal terms and conditions.  All returned orders to eXtreme Scouting (less original postage) will be refunded via the method of payment.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
